1. 위 두개의 라이선스를 가진 아이콘들을 다운받아서 수정한 후 png 아니면 svg 이미지로 활용할 생각입니다.
이런 경우에도 웹이나 앱 안에 라이선스를 고지해줘야하나요?

2. 이라고 하는데 아이템을 수정해도 재배포가 불가능하다 = 제가 배포하려는 웹/앱에 수정한 아이콘을 사용할 수 없다. 라고 이해하면될까요?
