- (building a leading group) To create a positive circulation structure in OSS, form a group that unifies the functions of the demander, developer, enterprise, and research institutes
- (Main Roles) Role change and evaluation of ‘Open Source Software Competency Plaza’
- Provide evaluations and outlooks for the function/reach/effect of ‘Open Source Software Competency Plaza’
- Industrial findings to promote the positive circulation of OSS ‘information-Production-Market’
- Selecting representatives for each area with priorities to the steering committee of ‘Korea Open Source Software Forum’ currently operating
- Consisted with 6 or so forum members and representatives of the OSS industry and communities
- Divide the function of ‘Open Source Software Competency Plaza’ into three and operate under 4 fields including the OSS Community Support branch
